Price calculator and anonymous usage statistics

We count how many price calculations are started and completed, as well as which project types, measurements and options are used. Statistics are stored as aggregated values without names, telephone numbers, email addresses, addresses, free text or identifiers for individual visitors. We do not use cookies or unique visitor IDs for these simple statistics. Therefore, the number of starts does not represent the number of unique people. We use the information to improve the calculator and create summary reports for Bluebygg. Older daily summaries are removed after approximately 90 days.

Calculating a price indication is free and does not require contact details. If you choose to receive a copy by email, we only use the address to send it. We contact you about a project only when you actively submit a quote request.

Information you send us

When you use the quote form, we may process your name, telephone number, email address, town or postal code, and information about your building or renovation project. We use these details to assess your enquiry, contact you and, where relevant, prepare a quote or documentation for a possible assignment.

Legal basis

The anonymised, aggregated usage statistics help us understand usage and improve the calculator. Personal data from calculator questions is not included in these reports. When you request a quote or contact regarding a possible project, we process your information to take steps at your request before a potential contract. Information that must be retained under legal obligations is processed on that basis. Optional website analytics are used only with your consent, which you may change or withdraw through the cookie settings in the footer.

How long is information kept?

We retain information for as long as needed for communication, any resulting customer relationship, and duties arising from contracts or law. Information that is no longer required should be deleted or restricted.

Technical service providers

The website uses external services for hosting and communication. The site is published using Hostinger, and email from the calculator and quote forms is sent using the SMTP service configured by Bluebygg. Vercel may be used to build and test the website. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 may be used to measure website usage. Providers may process only the information needed to perform their respective functions.

Processing outside the EU/EEA

Some technical providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers must rely on a permitted transfer mechanism and suitable safeguards under applicable data protection rules.

Website analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 is activated only if you accept statistics in the cookie banner. If you decline, the analytics tool is not loaded through our website. You can change your decision at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

You may contact us to find out what personal data we process about you or to request correction, erasure, restriction, or to object where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
